Online Printing Company Website Writing Examples
Printing companies often sell specific products to specific types of customers. Trying to appeal to everyone on one generic “custom printing” page often means appealing to nobody.
The solution is to make separate pages that speak directly to each customer type’s specific needs, concerns, and language.

Customer-Specific Product Pages
For an online printing company, I created separate pages for different customer types rather than one broad “custom printing” page:
Printing for Schools and Colleges. Talks about the different occasions schools need printing (admissions, fundraising, graduations, sporting events), emphasizes staying within budget, and explains why quality printed materials matter even in the internet age.
Custom Printing for Events. Lists the many types of events that need printing (weddings, trade shows, reunions, fundraisers) and talks about how printed materials become lasting mementos. Emphasizes quick turnaround for time-sensitive events.
Custom Printing for Businesses. Focuses on modern “lookbooks” (smaller product-line catalogs) instead of massive traditional catalogs, and explains how printed materials help businesses stand out at trade shows and in day-to-day marketing.
How Customer-Centric Writing Brings in Money
Different people want different things. That’s an obvious statement but it often gets lost in the shuffle. In this printer example, schools worry about staying within their budgets while maintaining quality. Event planners need reliable delivery for time-sensitive occasions. Businesses want materials that help them beat the competition.
When your pages match your products to the customers you want to reach, those customers are more likely to reach for their wallets.
